High Rise Carpet Cleaning
High rise carpet cleaning has always posed an interesting problem! Do we try to pull our hoses from our truck mount up 20 stories? Do we use the less powerful portable and sacrifice high heat and vacuum?……Or do we use a non-restorative interim cleaning process such as dry foam, dry compound, or encapsulation cleaning? At Super Steamer we no longer have that dilemma! Thanks to new advancements in the portable equipment market we can take care of all your high rise carpet cleaning needs with heat and suction that’s comparable to a truck-mounted unit.
We have purchased a Nautilus MX3-1200m portable extractor that is certified platinum by the Carpet and Rug Institute, along with that we added a Little Giant propane heater with cart. By using these two pieces of equipment together we can maintain water temperatures north of 200 degrees fahrenheit. With the auto fill and auto pump design, the days of high rise carpet cleaning taking forever are over. The machine hooks up to a water supply and fills itself up when needed. In the same manner once the waste tank is full it automatically empties the tank into a toilet or approved drain for maximum cleaning efficiency. The two, 3 stage vacuums allows us to get comparable lift to a truck mount machine meaning faster dry times and less wicking.
We also offer two interim cleaning options as well. The first is a dry compound cleaning process and the second is an encapsulation method, both have the Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval. These methods are used in between hot water extraction (steam cleaning) cleanings when restorative cleaning isn’t necessary.
